villa 156- is a tropical modern luxury adobe.contemporary home that is surrounded by lush green gardens and tropical trees to set the balance between elegant city living and the paradise of urban getaways.The glass exteriors allow for natural light to circulate through the home, bringing the beautiful sunshine inside. Warm brown wooden details show the use of natural materials that once again remind us of simpler days.Inside the home is spacious and light colored floors reflect the luminescence, while dark wood detailing on the window panes, cupboards and furniture balance the tones

VARA SAMPADA
Vara Sampada is built around a modern lifestyle with a minimalistic structure. With its white exterior
and large windows, the design resembles a
bird's-eye view of the surrounding.
A small house can become lost along the row, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue with these rafter facade house ideas. By implementing a selection of innovative planting ideas to create vertical gardens, some beautiful screening and modern shutters, these plot houses stand way out from the rest of the street.

SIMI -ORCHARD HOUSE
Everything about this contemporary and stately bungalow has a direct connection to nature. From the view of each room to the materials used to create each room and even the overall design direction of each room…as we said when we started, everything about this home is an ode to nature.
This modern adobe house represents rectangular exteriors and flat rooflines with straight lines. Large expanses of glass for windows help to aid in energy efficiency as well as indoor/outdoor flow. For this home functionality of the building is considered with an open-plan concept.
